Favorite 3 sites

Postby Iris » Sun Apr 13, 2008 6:16 pm

What are your favorite 3 sites for News/discussion? What sites do you visit most often? Besides this one of course... :P

Right now mine are...

1. Huffington Post

2. BarackObama

3. Washington Post I got turned onto this because of Countdown. Eugene Robinson writes a column and has a Q & A web chat. I'm starting to like Chris Cillizza's blog.

I love Crooks & Liars, Huffington Post and I've discovered Blue Gal--she's terrific.

1. This one

2. The Daily Howler

3. TVNewser

I also go to Google News for the headlines at least once a day.

MSNBC First Read (Chuck Todd) is a good source for the delegate updates.

What is 'This one'? I tried looking it up and couldn't find anything.

Can I blame my not getting that on a head injury I had as a small child?

Just turned on the computer and did my routine. Check for email, then

HuffingtonPost
Democratic Underground
KO.O

Lately KO.O is lagging behind BarackObama.com (where I just read Springsteen has endorsed Obama) 8)

I'll leave out 'this one" as it's redundent  And I'll leave my music review sites off, since they're not about news.

1: Talkingpointsmemo.com <I prefer them to the HuffPo, better lay out, faster site, better blogs>
2: DailyKos.com <can't beat their 'man on the street' writing, lots of great activists and opinion>
3: Theonion.com <Politics would be so boring if you can't step back and laugh at it every once in awhile>

Honorable mentions, BraveNewFilms.com, HuffingtonPost.com, I like CNN for straight up news stories over MSNBC
